Shiatsu Workshop for Our Wellbeing Day

As part of our continued focus on wellbeing and self-care in 2025, we recently hosted a Wellbeing Day in the office—and it was just what we needed.

To offer the team something both restorative and unique, we invited a Shiatsu practitioner to deliver a workshop and provide mini treatments.

The day kicked off with an engaging session where we learned the basics of Shiatsu. This Japanese bodywork technique uses gentle pressure, stretches, and breathing to balance energy in the body. We explored how stress and tension can show up physically—and, more importantly, how to begin releasing them.

After the group session, team members took part in short, seated Shiatsu treatments. These mini moments offered everyone a chance to pause. Whether easing desk-related tension or simply taking time to reset, the benefits were clear.

As the day went on, the atmosphere in the office began to shift. A sense of calm settled in, and there was a shared appreciation for taking time to breathe, reflect, and recharge.

This day is just one example of how we’re putting wellbeing at the heart of our culture this year. We’re not here to tick boxes—we’re building a workplace where self-care is part of everyday life.

Our people are at the core of everything we do. Their wellbeing drives our success. That’s why we’re committed to creating a supportive, balanced, and healthy environment. Whether it’s through mental health resources, flexible work options, or meaningful team experiences like this, we’re here to support one another.
