Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused SDR to support the growth of our Professional Services division.

This outbound sales role focuses on generating and qualifying opportunities with letting agents across the UK, particularly larger agents requiring support with evictions, debt recovery, compliance, and legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage letting agents through calls, email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
  • Build relationships with Lettings Directors, Property Managers, and Branch Managers.
  • Qualify opportunities and book consultations for the Professional Services team.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate notes and pipeline activity.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support campaigns and lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in outbound sales, SDR, telesales, recruitment, property, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with confidence handling outbound conversations.
  • Organised, resilient, and target-driven.
  • CRM experience beneficial.

Knowledge & Understanding

You should be comfortable understanding:

  • Letting agent challenges and operational pressures.
  • Eviction and debt recovery services.
  • High-level landlord and compliance support processes.

KPI Focus

  • Outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Discovery meetings booked
