Day 4: If no response, a chaser email and follow-up call are made to re-establish contact.
Day 7: Still no engagement? We issue a Pre-Court Letter (PCL) indicating the intention to escalate.
Day 10: Final reminder via email and call, offering one last opportunity to resolve the issue collaboratively.
Day 11: If still unresolved, the matter is referred for a full case review and consideration of legal options.
