Celebrating Employee Appreciation Day

Employee Appreciation Day gave us a wonderful chance to celebrate the dedication and hard work of our amazing team. This year, we wanted every team member to feel seen, valued, and appreciated. To bring this to life, we introduced a simple and meaningful activity: the Wall of Gratitude.

Throughout the day, team members wrote kind notes to their colleagues. These messages ranged from shoutouts for big wins to simple words of encouragement. Many expressed thanks for ongoing support or recognized the positive energy someone brings to the office. Each note helped spread a little more kindness around the workplace.
