April Monthly Business Review – A Shot at Something Different
April brought a fresh twist to our usual Monthly Business Review, as our leadership team swapped the boardroom for the great outdoors! This month, we took our review on the road and headed to the stunning grounds of Catton Hall for a day of clay pigeon shooting – and a whole lot of team bonding.
We believe that great ideas don’t always happen behind a desk, and this was the perfect opportunity to take a step back, reflect on our progress, and celebrate the wins of the month – all while having some fun and sharpening our aim (literally).
The day started with a review of April’s key business highlights. With continued growth, team achievements, and a few exciting projects on the horizon, there was plenty to be proud of.
Once the business talk wrapped up, it was time to gear up. For many of us, this was a first-time experience, but the team at Catton Hall made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. From friendly competition to cheering each other on, the afternoon was filled with laughter, a bit of healthy rivalry, and a whole lot of fun.
It was a great reminder that sometimes, stepping outside the usual routine can re-energise the team and strengthen the bonds that help us work better together. We returned not only with some impressive shooting scores but also with a renewed sense of camaraderie and motivation.
