Each passing year provides new insight and allows us to reflect. It prompts us to review our purpose: why do we do what we do? As you can imagine, it always changes. Nothing in life is plain sailing, nor can we predict what’s around the corner. All we can do is adapt, be flexible and cater as best we can to our clients’ needs. Whether you’re an agent, landlord or tenant.
Here at LforL we continue to develop our products and services to best suit your needs, and we keep prices competitive without compromising our 5-star service. That being said, we still have plenty to do!
The last few years have been challenging for most businesses and no doubt there’s a few more bumps in the road ahead, with the political landscape and upcoming renters reform bill.
Despite all this, when I speak to agents and landlords across the UK the sentiment remains very positive. Agents need more stock; tenant demand is at an all-time high and most landlords are refinancing to further invest into property. Some have cashed out as we’ve seen prices soar in 2022 so far.
The top priorities I’ve noticed are:
- Maximising the value of my rental property
- Being compliant and keeping up with legislation
- Finding the most suitable tenants
- Having the services and support I need when I need them
