New Tenant’s Help Zone
We believe we’re unique in the property rental sector. With a complete mix of services – referencing, legal and insurance – and a customer base that includes tenants as well as letting agents and landlords, we’re offering something very special: service, professionalism, an open and inclusive approach, and great value.
More and more of our business is being transacted, quickly and efficiently, on the net. We thought tenants ought to feel the benefits of that too, so, now, they can directly access our online referencing system, myNative.
Prospective tenants will now receive unique log-in details to allow them to access the system. They’ll be able to complete their details and submit them, directly, without waiting for the postman or struggling to scan and email – or even fax – completed forms to an agent.
Once the submission is complete, tenants can track the progress of their reference application. They can ask for email updates, send messages to answer questions or send documents requested by the process. It’s simple to work with, very effective, avoids errors and speeds up the job, helping to get tenancies agreed quickly and safely.
As part of the development, we’ve added a new Help Zone to the tenant’s pages of our website. We know searching for a new home can be confusing and stressful, so we’ve included an introduction to the referencing process and some top tips for completing the application. We’ve also added some basic facts about the new Right to Rent checks and links to the Government’s website which gives more details about the checks themselves and the documents required.
From time to time, and when it’s relevant, we’ll add new information to the Tenant’s Help Zone, but for those who prefer to talk, there’s always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. We want to make doing business with LegalforLandlords as easy as possible for all people who own, let or rent property.
If you’re a tenant, tell us what you think. And if you’ve got any ideas that would help others in your situation, why not share them? If we can help, we’d love to do so.
