Case Handler – Eviction & Debt Recovery (Full Time)

Overview

The Case Handler supports landlords and letting agents through the eviction and debt recovery process, managing cases from start to finish. The role involves compliance checks, drafting legal notices, liaising with solicitors and bailiffs, and keeping clients informed throughout their case.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tenancy documents and ensure compliance.
• Draft and serve legal notices and prepare court applications.
• Communicate regularly with clients and partners.
• Manage bailiff applications and liaise with enforcement officers.
• Support the sales team with new client transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good written English.
• Experience in property or lettings is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £24,000–£26,000 DOE
