It’s official, we’re a great employer!

For a long time, we’ve believed Legalforlandlords is a great place to work—but now we have more than our own opinion to back it up. On Friday 10th June, we thrilled to win the Employer of the Year award at the Warrington Business Awards. We owe thanks to several people, including the category sponsors, Clarement Group Interiors, and the members of the independent judging panel. We truly appreciate your recognition of our hard work.

Winning was even sweeter because we were up against some very impressive competition. We’d like to send our congratulations to our fellow finalists Hulton’s Landscapes and RMG.  As far as we’re concerned, the more good employers there are, the better it is for everybody.

The awards evening took place at Lymm Rugby Club, with over 500 people from the local business community in attendance. It offered a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the very best of Warrington—its people, pride, and vibrant spirit. BBC Breakfast’s Louise Minchin served as the guest speaker and helped present the awards. We’re pretty sure we took photographs, though we might have been too busy celebrating to remember!

Winning the Employer of the Year award follows shortly after we earned the Investors in People accreditation and, in many ways, validates our approach. We love winning awards, but our goal is to be a great employer every single day, not just on special occasions. Yes, we’ve achieved success, but we’re not resting on our laurels—there’s always more we can do. For now, we’re proudly displaying the award, but once it’s in the trophy cabinet, we dive straight back into the work.
