Easter Egg Donation
LegalforLandlords annual Easter Egg competition was a great susses again this year. As well as four raffles for the staff a collection was also made to Alder Hey children’s hospital in Liverpool. Along with kind donations from Shergroup Enforcement we were able to put a smile on many children’s face on Easter Sunday when the eggs were delivered to the hospital by our director Sim Sekhon.
Along with the Easter collection we also had an Easter Bonnet competition. Each team made a bonnet and after a parade at head office the hats were put to the public vote via social media.
There’s nothing we like more at LegalforLandlords than a bit of healthy competition and what better way to celebrate Easter than with a traditional Easter Bonnet competition.
We decided to pitch our three teams against each other. The legal, tenant referencing and insurance teams have been busy gathering decorations for days and keeping very hush-hush the detail of their design.
There’s been plenty of rivalry. When the tenant referencing team added fluffy chicks to their hat, the legal team wanted to make sure the chicks had undergone Right to Rent checks. Then the insurance team started offering tenant liability insurance as the brims on hats become more and more overloaded.
It’s all been good-natured banter rather than anything too serious, and our teams do know how to work together and deliver brilliant results, but we’ll admit to being a little surprised by how serious the Great Easter Bonnet showdown became.
Congratulations’ to team Referencing who won a team meal for their efforts.
