✈️ Our 2026 Leadership Summit at Concorde Manchester

Last week we brought our leadership team together for the 2026 January Summit, hosted at the iconic Concorde Conference Centre in Manchester.

Choosing Concorde wasn’t accidental.

The aircraft is a symbol of what happens when ambition meets uncompromising standards. It was built on ruthless execution, relentless attention to detail, and a refusal to accept “good enough.” That same mindset shaped the conversations around our table.

A day to step out and think bigger

Led by Sim, the session gave us the chance to step away from the pace of everyday operations and focus on the bigger picture – how we work, how we lead, and how we execute in the year ahead.

We talked honestly about what it will take to move faster without losing precision:

  • Clear ownership and accountability
  • Cleaner handoffs between teams
  • Fewer priorities, delivered at higher pace
  • Standards that don’t wobble when things get busy

Because speed without precision is just noise.

And standards without execution are just words.

 

Inspiration in the surroundings

Being given a tour of Concorde itself felt fitting. Our year has already taken off, and walking through such an iconic piece of engineering was a powerful reminder of what focused teamwork and high expectations can achieve.

There was huge energy in the room, real challenge in the discussions, and most importantly, a shared belief in what lies ahead. 2026 is shaping up to be our most exciting year yet, and we’re aligning everything around one principle:

  • Concorde-level expectations.
  • Back to work with purpose

 

We left the summit with clarity, momentum, and a renewed commitment to how we operate as a leadership team. Execution will be our competitive advantage this year – done with discipline, detail and pride.

A huge thank you to the Concorde Centre for hosting us, and to the entire leadership team for bringing such openness and ambition to the day.

Now it’s time to turn strategy into action.
