It’s the end of the year, not the end of the road

As the end of 2020 approaches, it’s the perfect time to reflect. I’ll never forget the impact this year has had on our sector – the frustration, loss and hardship that many have experienced. Particularly the landlords who have struggled with problem tenants and spiralling rent arrears.

Looking forward though, things are moving on and the new year is a time to be positive. We all know Christmas will be different this year but there is still reason to celebrate: this troublesome year has brought out the very best in people: resilience, sacrifice and compassion.

I’d like to personally thank you all for your unwavering support this year; for your trust, patience and positivity that has made a very challenging year productive.

Here’s to 2021: a time for fresh starts and making solid progress towards goals.
