The role of a Legal 4 Landlords franchisee is to build relationships with the ability to develop, communicate and deliver the business vision.We give you a fantastic opportunity to run your own business and earn what you’re worth, but with all the strength of a successful brand and proven support system behind you.
You will be fully trained in the services that Legal 4 Landlords provide to ensure that the high level of customer service and advice given is maintained throughout the network.
Legal 4 Landlords offer a world class, well structured training course developed to ensure that all franchisee’s hit the ground running.
The initial ten-day training course is divided into two sections: week one being products and systems and week two being sales and development. At the end of this intense course we will agree an action plan to help you to identify your first steps in building the foundation of your business.
This action plan will be regularly reviewed with your franchise manager, and frequent visits will be planned to help support and develop you and your business as it begins to grow.
On completion of your 10-day course you will shadow the sales team at head office to see what duties they carry out on a day-to-day basis, how they book appointments and how they structure their days/weeks/months.
Head office is made up of a number of teams, such as legal, insurance, referencing etc.
Each team has a support member who is an expert in their field. For example, if you had a query regarding rent guarantee insurance you would have the direct contact details for our rent guarantee team leader.
As such, whilst you are still learning, experts in their field are able to deal with your questions and queries.
As a network we hold regular workshops, quarterly regional meetings and a national annual event.
