• Residential (non-regulated), retail, semi-commercial, commercial and industrial properties
• Up to 75% of valuation on residential property, 70% on semi-commercial & 65% on commercial property (these LTV’s may be reduced by 5% each for property in Scotland)
• Fixed legal fees irrespective of loan size
• One month through to twelve-month terms
• Interest payments variable – deducted from advance, serviced monthly or rolled up over the term of the loan (subject to LTV ratios)
• Purchase, refinance, debt relief or any legal business purpose
• First charge lending only
• All broker fees collected from advance and paid immediately and directly on completion
